PROJECT INFORMATION

      According to the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, culture is nothing other then a set of material and spiritual values, created and created by mankind and aimed at the harmonious development of the personality, education of patriotism and satisfaction of the aesthetic needs and interests of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    The materialized expression of cultural values are objects of spiritual and material culture that have come down to us in the form of sites of architecture, archeology, as well as artifacts of utilitarian or artistic purposes, correlated with various historical periods. Preservation, management and demonstration of cultural heritage monuments is the basis for popularizing and familiarizing all segments of the population with the history of their own people.
    For this purpose, several approaches are used. One of them is the preservation of site's by creating their virtual models, and demonstrating them to the general public through public sites and creating museums with virtual collections of finds on sites' and introducing these technologies into existing museums.
    The relevance of this method is the presence of a large number of finds, inaccessible to the public, or located in major museums, which makes it difficult for them to access a large number of people. It is necessary to create conditions for quick and easy access to the finds and sites'.
At this time there are a large number of ways to demonstrate materials obtained as a result of scientific research.
    There are 2 main types of data demonstration:
1. Virtual (online platforms, holography, etc.)
2. Material (3-dimensional printing, reconstruction)
      In this regard, online platforms are gaining great popularity, allowing to share information with a wide audience. Depending on the nature of the data, online platforms are distinguished with a bias on mapping, 3D models, the use of social networks, hosting sites, and the creation of their own website with the possibility of its connection by means of hyperlinks to other online resources.
    This methodical approach allows you to create conditions for quick and easy access to the finds and sites. For ordinary visitors to virtual museums, it is possible to access a huge number of exhibits located in different countries. Also, a virtual method of studying objects is more informative due to the receipt of related information and the possibility of a detailed examination of objects of historical and cultural heritage, which, moreover, is absolutely safe for museums.
    Before you is a unique product containing a 3D interactive map of the Kyzylorda oblast, available to a wide range of users.
      The project has created a virtual landscape and 3-dimensional models of historical and cultural sites' of sacred significance located on it, as well as their panoramic images and 3-dimensional models of individual movable elements relating to these sites.
    An information database was prepared containing archival and ethnographic materials related to the studied historical and cultural sites.
    All 3-dimensional models of monuments and related information blocks are placed on the online platform, through which the user will be able to obtain information about the history of the site's, view video / photo materials, study it online in 3-D realistic form, share information with other users in social networks, which will help to popularize this topic.
